Travel itinerary: Yerevan-Vayk-Noravank-Jermuk-Ararat-Etchmiatsin-Sevan-Yerevan

Day 1. Arrival, transfer to the hotel in Yerevan and check-in.
Yerevan City Tour: Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit Institute of Ancient Manuscripts/Matenadaran.
Yerevan Brandy Factory tour and tasting.
Old Food Market.
City Drive: Along the way you will get to see the Sports and Concert complex, Kievyan Bridge, Baghramyan Avenue, the Presidential Palace, Academy of Sciences, National Parliament, Writers Union, and the Opera House.
Dinner at the Armenian traditional restaurant with live music Overnight in Yerevan. (B/-/-)

Day 2. Vayots Dzor Region: Breakfast at the hotel.
Check-out from the hotel in Yerevan. Drive to Vayots Dzor Region.
Visit Noravank Monastery; Participate in Grape Blessing Ceremony (Visit traditional rustic houses; making Armenian bread /lavash/, and sweet bread /gata/; visit grape gardens: grape gathering; blessing the grape harvest by the priest; traditional Armenian dance and music; grape squeezing; wine making process; Armenian traditional hospitality in the gardens); Visiting Noravank Cave; Armenian yogurt and butter making. Dinner with traditional live music. Overnight in Vayk.

Day 3. Vayots Dzor Region: Breakfast at the hotel, Check-out from the hotel in Vayk. Visit Jermuk (City tour; Visit Mineral Water Gallery; Jermuk waterfall; visit Areni Wine Factory, Wine tasting; visit Khor Virap Monastery for the best view of Mount Ararat). Back to Yerevan. Check-in hotel in Yerevan, Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 4. Etchmiatsin: Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit Main Cathedral of the Supreme Catholicos of all Armenians.
Drive to Garni pagan temple (the ancient architectural complex of Garni, 3rd century B.C. - 1st c. A.D, includes a fortress, a palace and a pagan temple).
Visit Geghard Monastery (the cave monastery of Ayrivank or Geghard, dates back to the 4th century). Back to Yerevan.
Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 5. Lake Sevan and boat sailing: Drive to Sevan, visit Sevan Monastery and Peninsula: Lake Sevan is the largest alpine lake in the world. It has been famous for its fish since ancient times. The Sevan Monastery on the peninsula (once an island) was built in 874. One of its churches is called Arakelots (Church of the Apostles), the other - Astvatsatsin (Church of the Virgin).
One hour boat sailing on the Lake Sevan with wine aperitif.
Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 6. Free day with optional entertainment: arts & crafts vernissage, souvenir shopping,. In the evening: Farewell dinner at a restaurant with traditional Armenian atmosphere and local musicians. Overnight in Yerevan.
